Returns & Cancellations

At orkids.co.in we intend to make your shopping experience as flawless as possible while buying your favourite Ethnic and Party Wear Outfits.

Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy, there are times when it would be possible and you might feel the need to return your product for any circumstances beyond your or our control.

We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Return Policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order or seek a refund, you do not face a problem.

  • Return due to size issue
  • Return if received damaged

Orkids will happily accept returns due to a size issue, subject to the following conditions. Please inspect all items upon arrival and notify us of any discrepancies/intent to return/intent to exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.

You will receive an acknowledgement email from us confirming a Return Authorization within 2-3 business days.  We will be unable to process any “Items Returned” without the Return Authorization Reference.

Please Note-Kindly take a video while opening the product. We would request you send the video of the item for our internal review to be able to process your request.

  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels intact. If there are no tags or labels attached/ we feel the product is used no refund will be granted. A reverse Shipping cost of Rs. 200/- would be charged which is non-refundable unless your return is due to defective merchandise or an error on our part.
  • Once a return claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of
    1. A refund Store Credit
    2. A Replacement Item will be sent to you (if Stock is Available)
  • Shipping Damages-If your product arrives damaged in a shipment, you should bring that to the notice of the shipper immediately and contact us within 4 hours of the receipt of the goods. Delays would result in Denied Claim. “Receipt of Goods “is defined as the arrival of an order at the destination’s Address. You should document damage to the product on receipt of the product. (Opening videos of the consignment is compulsory)
  • How Can I return eligible products: You can simply log into your account and schedule a reverse pick up within 48 hours of receipt of the product. For Pin codes that do not have a reverse pick-up facility, you must send back your products at your own expense. Return Address: 220, Jogani Industrial Estate, S.B. Marg, Dadar West. Mumbai-400 028.
  • When will I get my refund: Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check. After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund in the form of Store Credit. The store credit has a validity of 30 days from the date of issuing the Refund.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, we will accept your cancellation. Our cancellation policy wont be applicable if the order has been processed or dispatched.
